Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mabii ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mabii provides a smart QR menu assistant platform that allows restaurant owners to upload, structure, and publish digital menus with a built-in assistant for guest-facing interactions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per restaurant location.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
  • You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service.
  • Use the menu assistant for purposes unrelated to restaurant menu assistance.
  • Misrepresent menu information (allergens, ingredients) in ways that could harm guests.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your menu content and restaurant data. By using the Service, you grant Mabii a license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Mabii is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The menu assistant provides recommendations based on structured data provided by restaurant owners — accuracy of allergen and ingredient information is the responsibility of the restaurant.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
